other common questions

how can I reset the passcode if I bought my r1 from a third party?

For security reasons, the only way to reset or unlink a rabbit r1 is by having the previous owner either provide the passcode or log in to their account to manually unlink the device.

This measure is in place to protect our customers and their data.

In this situation, we advise getting in touch with the previous owner and asking them to unlink the r1 from their rabbithole account. Then you should be able to then link the device to your own rabbithole account.
