included usage and phone minutes refresh every friday at 12:00 utc, and unused usage doesn't carry over. subscribe, change plan or cancel in OS3 under settings → billing.

two ways to run OS3

rabbit-hosted model

where every new account starts

rabbit chooses and runs the models behind OS3, so there's no model to set up. start with free usage, then choose a plan. phone calls use your included minutes.

custom model

bring your own

use your own API key from a supported provider, a model on your own computer, or a custom endpoint. you pay your provider directly, and rabbit doesn't charge for that usage.

switch between them any time in settings → api keys. Messages and Telegram are included either way.

good to know

monthly billing
each payment gives you one month of access. if a renewal payment fails, your access continues until the month runs out.
change plans any time
upgrades start straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. downgrades start at your next renewal.
phone calls
standard US and Canada numbers, up to 15 minutes a call. a connected call uses whole minutes, rounded up, and unanswered calls use none.
a five-hour limit
each plan also limits how much you can use in five hours, so capacity returns gradually. settings → billing shows what's left.
