This article covers signing in to OS3 and what to try when you cannot. If you do not have an account yet, see how to create an OS3 account.

how to sign in

  1. Go to OS3 in a browser.
  2. Choose log in.
  3. Enter the email address and password for your rabbit account.

how to reset your password

  1. On the login screen, choose the option to reset your password.
  2. Enter the email address on your account.
  3. Open the reset email and follow the link to set a new password.
  4. Return to OS3 and sign in with the new password.

Password reset emails can take a few minutes. Check your spam folder before requesting another.

if you still cannot sign in

  • Check the email address. Use the address the account was created with. A different address creates a different account.
  • Try a private window. This rules out a stale session or a browser extension interfering with the login redirect.
  • Clear cookies for the site. Sign-in stores a short-lived session cookie; a stale one can leave you in a redirect loop.
  • Check for a verification step. A new account has to confirm its email address before it can sign in.
  • Try another browser. OS3 is tested against current versions of mainstream browsers.

If none of that works, contact support@rabbit.tech with the email address on the account and what you have already tried.

common questions

my r1 says I am not logged in.

r1 reaches OS3 through the same account. Sign in on the web first, then check your r1 again. If the device is still not linked, see how to activate your r1.

I used to sign in somewhere else.

Sign in to OS3 on the web with the same rabbit account. Your email address has not changed.

can I be signed in on more than one device?

Yes. The web, Telegram and r1 all reach the same account, and each keeps its own conversation thread.
