Taking photos with magic camera on your rabbit r1 is easy.

  1. From the home screen, enter vision mode to use the camera in one of two ways:
    • Double-click the side button.
    • Swipe up or scroll with the scroll wheel and select the camera card.

If magic gallery is enabled, you can take magic camera photos with your r1 even if it is not connected to the internet. When your r1 is back online, those photos captured while offline will be uploaded to your rabbit account and magic gallery. Photos will not upload while the screen on your r1 is asleep or off.

Note: You cannot use voice prompts, like magic camera freestyle or vision search, while your r1 is offline.

There are two ways to view your photo gallery on your r1.

  • From the home screen, swipe up or scroll with the scroll wheel and select the magic gallery card.
  • Press and hold the side button on your r1 and say "show my photos" to open the magic gallery.

how to view and download images in OS3

Once you take a photo using your r1's camera, an AI generated image will appear in your rabbit account after about 30 seconds. You can find it in r1 media in OS3.

Use the following steps to download your magic photo from OS3.

  1. On your phone or computer, go to os3.rabbit.tech and log in.
  2. Go to settings → r1. This section only appears once your r1 is linked.
  3. Under r1 media, click open r1 media, and then click the magic filter to show only magic camera photos.
  4. Find your photo, grouped by the day it was taken. Click a file to open it, or click the download icon next to it to save it.

Tip: You can also ask OS3 for a photo in conversation, for example "send me the magic camera photo I took yesterday".

how can I view my original photo in OS3?

Each magic camera item lists its files separately: the original photo, when it was kept, and each magic image. Click original to open it, or click its download icon to save it.

how can I delete images in OS3?

You can permanently delete images in your rabbit account at any time using the following steps.

  1. On your phone or computer, go to os3.rabbit.tech and log in.
  2. Go to settings → r1 and click open r1 media.
  3. Find the magic camera item and click delete.
  4. Click delete again to confirm.

Note: Deleting the item permanently removes both the original and magic camera photos from rabbit's servers. Once deleted, they cannot be recovered.

If you have a problem with magic camera, the troubleshooting tips below can help.

  • Look at the viewfinder. Look at the screen on your r1 to make sure everything you want to capture is in frame.
  • Use a microfiber cloth to clean your rabbit eye camera. A dirty lens can make the original photo come out blurry and cause important details to be missed.
  • Take photos in good lighting. Taking a photo in area that is too dim or too bright can also lead to important elements being left out.
