This article provides instructions on how to adjust and change volume settings on your rabbit r1. Learn about other settings you can change on your r1.
Change volume with voice control
Hold the side button and try the following voice prompts to change the volume on your r1.
- “Increase volume”
- “Increase volume to 100%”
- “Turn down the volume a bit”

Change volume in quick settings
- Swipe down from the top of any screen to access the quick settings screen.
- Slide the volume bar left to decrease volume or right to increase volume.
Change volume in the settings menu
- From your r1’s home screen, swipe up or scroll up with the scroll wheel and select the settings card.
- Select sound.
- Use the slider under volume to adjust the volume.
How to turn sound effects on and off
You can enable and disable sound effects, such as scrolling and keyboard presses, in the settings menu.
- Open the settings menu in one of the following ways:
- From your r1’s home screen, swipe up or scroll up with the scroll wheel and select the settings card.
- You can also swipe down from the top of any screen to access the quick settings screen, and then tap the gear icon to open settings.
- Select sound.
- Tap the switch icon next to system sounds to toggle on and off.
