Change brightness with voice control
Hold the side button and try the following voice prompts to change the brightness on your r1.
- “Increase brightness”
- “Decrease brightness to 10%”
- “Turn up the brightness a bit”

Change brightness in quick settings
- Swipe down from the top of any screen to access the quick settings screen.
- Slide the brightness bar left to decrease brightness or right to increase brightness.
Change brightness in the settings menu
- From your r1’s home screen, swipe up or scroll up with the scroll wheel and select the settings card.
- Tap display.
- Use the slider under brightness to adjust the brightness.
