1. ORDERING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
1.1 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING POLICY
While we strive to provide accurate and timely information about our Products and Services, due to the dynamic nature of Product and Service information, details displayed on the Website (including, but not limited to, prices, images, features, functions, and specifications) may not always reflect the latest information. Moreover, we may, from time to time, update the information about any Products or Services listed on the Website. Thus, the actual Products or Services available (including prices, the look of a Product or Service, features, functions, and specifications) at the time of ordering will prevail. In the event of obvious errors regarding such information, we will take appropriate measures to promptly correct them to ensure the best purchasing experience for our customers. We recommend that you carefully review all Product or Service details before placing any orders. Should you have any questions, you should always feel free to contact our customer service team at any time.
In addition to the foregoing, we reserve the right to modify prices for any Products or Services at any time prior to accepting an order. After accepting an order for a Product, if a world event occurs that affects delivery (e.g., government actions, tariff changes, increased shipping costs, fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, or any other matters beyond our control), we reserve the right to adjust any quoted prices, and, in such circumstances, you will have the right to cancel your order.
1.2 PLACING ORDERS; PROVIDING ACCURATE INFORMATION
By placing any orders for Products or Services, you represent that (i) you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; (ii) you have the legal right to use the credit card, debit card, or other payment method associated with any order you have placed; and (iii) the information you have provided to us in connection with placing the order is true, accurate, and complete. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third-party payment processors to facilitate the completion of your order.
You must provide our payment system with accurate and complete billing information, including but not limited to your full name, billing address, email address, and valid payment method 204292-0001 4899-3010-8213.1 details. If automatic billing fails for any reason, we reserve the right to pause Service until payment is made in full.
We are not responsible for any payment processing errors.
1.3 PAYMENT METHODS
You may pay for Products or Services via any of the available payment services by valid credit card, subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer.
For the “rabbit intern” Service, we currently allow payment only via Stripe.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, processing fees, or delivery fees.
1.4 REFUSAL/CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for any reason, including, but not limited, to Product or Service availability issues, errors in Product or Service descriptions or pricing, purchases/deliveries/use of Product or Service is not available in a particular jurisdiction, your violation of any of our terms or conditions, or incorrect order information.
1.5 VIOLATIONS OF USE AND TERMINATION
We reserve the right to monitor and take action against any violations of our Terms, conditions, and policies, including, without limitation, if a user subscribes through unofficial channels, violates the single-account principle through account sharing or resale, attempts to manipulate membership status through improper means, deliberately performs repeated cancellations to disrupt service operations, exploits system vulnerabilities to gain undue benefits, circumvents security measures through technical means, and any other conduct violating our Terms.
If we become aware of any of the above-described violations or others, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate applicable accounts for our Services, revoke any unlawfully obtained benefits, refuse refunds for fees incurred due to verified violations, and pursue any appropriate legal action.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately end. If you wish to terminate your account, you may stop using our Services. The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Services or cancel your account at any time, for any reason, without prior warning, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS; PAY PER TASK PACKAGE; REFUND POLICY
2.1 SUBSCRIPTIONS
Certain of our Services (e.g., rabbit intern) are available with a paid subscription. Depending on the type of subscription plan selected at the time of purchase, you will be billed periodically (monthly or annually) in advance on a recurring basis. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless cancelled by either you or us.
For a monthly subscription, you will be charged automatically on the renewal date (i.e., the monthly anniversary of your sign-up date), unless you cancel the subscription as indicated when you signed up. For an annual subscription, you will be charged automatically on the renewal date (i.e., the anniversary of your sign-up date), unless you cancel the subscription as indicated when you signed up.
You can cancel your subscription renewal by contacting us online at https://www.rabbit.tech/contact-us or through your rabbithole account at hole.rabbit.tech. You will not receive a refund for fees already paid for the current subscription period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current subscription period.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify subscription fees and prices at any time. Any changes to subscription fees will become effective at the end of the then-current subscription period. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice prior to any change in subscription fees taking effect to provide you the opportunity to terminate your subscription before such changes become effective. Continuing to use the applicable Service after the subscription fee change has become effective constitutes your agreement to pay for the subscription at the modified rate.
2.2 PAY PER TASK PACKAGE
As an alternative to the subscription model, you can pay for Services (e.g., rabbit intern) in advance by purchasing a package of tasks (“Pay per Task Package”) at the prices set forth on our Website. The Pay-per-Task Package allows you to purchase a certain number of tasks for rabbit intern with no expiration date (e.g., project pack).
We reserve the right to change the prices for any Pay per Task Package at any time. To the extent we do so, we will post the new Pay per Task Package price on the Website.
2.3 RETURN POLICY
Our refund policy varies depending on payment model type (e.g., subscription or otherwise), regional laws, and account status. For our refund policy for Products, see our “limited warranty & return policy.”
For Services (e.g., rabbit intern), after you have submitted a refund request, we will manually review your order and respond to you (including to request additional information) via the email you provided within a reasonable time (usually within 48 hours). Please ensure you check your email, including the spam folder, to avoid missing any important correspondence. Carefully follow the instructions provided in the email. If you do not complete the required steps within the specified timeframe, we will be unable to process your refund. Upon approval of your refund request, we will refund based on the proportion of tasks used and the actual total paid for the Services. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and may take up to 15 business days.
Monthly or annual subscribers may request a refund within 24 hours after payment.
Customers in the EU or the UK: If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you are eligible to cancel your subscription and receive a refund (or prorated refund based on usage of Service) within 14 days of purchase. Please indicate in your refund request that you are applying for a refund under EU or UK regulations. If your account exhibits any unusual activity, we may request relevant documentation when processing your refund request.
Please understand that if your account shows abnormal activity, we may not be able to fulfill your refund request. If you experience restricted account access or other abnormalities, we will undertake an account risk assessment procedure. The results of this assessment will determine subsequent actions: If we do not conclude that there has been intentionally disruptive conduct, we will promptly restore access, but no refund will be provided; if the assessment confirms that the account access was restricted or prohibited due to the triggering of risk control mechanisms, we will be unable to restore your access, nor will we provide a refund.
Please note that if you have previously received a refund from us for Products or Services, we reserve the right to deny subsequent refund requests, and the above-mentioned policies may not apply to you. This policy is designed to prevent abuse of our refund system and ensure fair use of our Service.
