  4. Enter the email address that you used to purchase the subscription and then click Send
  5. Check your inbox for an email from Stripe and open the link to the customer portal
  6. Click Cancel subscription
  7. Click Cancel subscription again to confirm

How to request a refund

What are the different subscription options?

There are two different paid task options for rabbit intern.

  • The pay as you go option is three tasks that never expire.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and may take up to 15 business days.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can request a refund for a monthly or annual subscription within 24 hours of payment. Your refund may be prorated based on the number of used tasks.

 

If you cancel your subscription after 24 hours, you will not receive a refund for the current subscription period. However, you will keep your intern tasks until the end of your current subscription period.

 

Customers in the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK) are eligible to cancel their subscription and receive a refund, or prorated refund based on used tasks, within 14 days of purchase. If you are a EU or UK customer, you will need tell customer support that you are applying for a refund under EU or UK regulations.

What order will my tasks be used?

Your tasks will be used up in the following order: subscription, pay as you go, and then bonus tasks.

 

Example: You paid for a monthly subscription and still have your original three free tasks. Your monthly subscription tasks will be used first and the your free tasks will only be used after all of your monthly tasks are gone.
