how to report an issue

If you experience an issue with your r1 during the warranty period, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to rabbit.tech/contact-us
  2. Enter your full name and the email address you used for your order
  3. Select report r1 issue for the reason
  4. Provide the following information in the inquiry field:
    • Original order number
    • Email used for your order
    • Device IMEI (found on cassette case to the right of the QR code)
    • Device Serial Number (also found on cassette case to the right of the QR code)
    • Describe the issue
