what is the rabbit return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your rabbit r1, you can request to return it for a refund within thirty (30) days of the original shipping date to you. Please note that you may request a return only if your r1 is in "like new" condition and in the original packaging. Only the original purchaser who bought the product directly from rabbit can request a return.

how to submit a return request

Go to returns.rabbit.tech and follow the directions to initiate the return process. Once your request is processed, you will receive an email with instructions for shipping your device back to us.

Before shipping your device back to us, please ensure you have done the following:

  1. Factory reset your device. Learn how to factory reset your rabbit r1.
  2. Turn off your device. Quickly press the side button eight times to turn off your r1.

when will I get my refund?

Once we have confirmed that we have received your eligible device, your refund will be issued.

Once your refund is issued, your bank can take up to ten (10) business days to process the transaction. The entire returns process from submitting your initial request to receiving a refund back can take up to thirty (30) business days.

can I return an r1 that I bought somewhere else?

We can only refund your purchase if you bought an r1 from www.rabbit.tech. If you bought your r1 from another official retailer, then you will need to go through their return process.

can I return a device that was gifted to me?
